Job Purpose:
To support the Hospitality Department in day-to-day administrative tasks, coordination activities, and logistical arrangements such as hotel, taxi, and ticket bookings to ensure smooth internal operations and employee support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and record keeping.
- Handle email correspondence, including receiving and dispatching couriers/documents to concerned team members.
- Conduct internet research and online booking activities (e.g., hotels, taxis, travel tickets).
- Maintain a proper tracking system for dispatches and bookings.
- Coordinate with team members for logistical and hospitality needs.
- Ensure professional and prompt handling of all assigned hospitality-related duties.

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and general computer operations
